Antennas
The antenna is superb. My compliments to everyone at Sirtrack for developing this piece of equipment!

Take home message- If the goal is to get good quality locations on a regular basis, we should only consider buying Sirtrack PTTs in future.
Robin Baird, NOAA, USA using KiwiSat
Just to let you know that the Kiwisat 202 behaved very well on Adélies in the Ross Sea. Many Thanks for your support.
Silvia Olmastroni PhD, Sezione Ecologia Applicata, Italy, using KiwiSat in Antarctica
I’ve deployed one of the KiwiSat PTTs and the performance is nothing short of awesome.

You will be pleased to know your gear is working an absolute treat. We are getting really good tracks from Kings, Macaronis and fur seals.

We changed over to Sirtrack collars which lasted twice as long, weighed 33% less and had other advantages. The collars have performed beautifully and we are very pleased with them and Sirtrack.

I really like the Sirtrack rat transmitters, they have performed well... their pricing was much better than competitors, so I gave them a try. I will continue to do business with them. One other thing worth noting, Sirtrack’s customer support is among the best in the industry.
Mike Connor, rat research, USA
We are very pleased with the performance of the Sirtrack radio-collars. Their high quality allowed us to know what happened with this male and with other individuals in the study area. We want to continue using Sirtrack in the next stage of our research with huemul in Patagonia.
Cristian Saucedo, endangered huemel deer, Chile
Thanks to you and your team for the great job you did on the adult kiwi transmitters, they are all perfect dimensions and really well packaged.
Department of Conservation, kiwi leg bands, New Zealand
The two collars are on and working well. They get as good a range as the others that I have that cost twice the price.
Glyn Maude, brown hyena research, Botswana
I really appreciate the rush on the collars, they are working really well. We have had a few eaten by snakes, and the collars still give a good signal...Once again thanks.
Brandon Rutledge, rodents, USA
You´d be excited to know that one of the transmitters that we attached to a croc in the Nesbit River in September last year is still sending information, more than twelve months later! I’m pretty impressed with that.
Mark Read, crocodile research, Australia using KiwiSat
Just a pat on the back for you guys- last week while retrieving a couple of Sirtrack radio collars from possums, I found one on a long dead animal (skeletal remains only) in which the transmitter was entirely submerged under a small waterfall in a creek- and still working!.
Morgan Coleman, possum research, New Zealand
Recently Australian Wildlife Conservancy purchased some collars off Sirtrack for our banded-hare wallabies at Faure Island in Shark Bay, Western Australia. I am writing to you just to let you know how very impressed we were in the consistency and reliability of your collars.
