This mark means a lot to us. What does it mean to you?

This is the Telarc Registered Supplier Mark. It means a lot to us to have gained it, and it should mean even more to you, our customers. It tells you that you are dealing with a supplier who has attained an internationally recognised standard of quality management.

Why did we become Telarc Registered?

Today there is a growing demand, both in New Zealand and overseas, for suppliers of goods and services to demonstrate their quality management capabilities. Telarc registration says more about our company than we can ever say ourselves. By implementing quality management systems and inviting Telarc to assess them, we have demonstrated our formal commitment to making sure that what you want is what you get - 100% of the time.

How did we become Telarc Registered?

To become registered, our quality management systems had to be audited against ISO 9001:2000 quality management standards. These are international standards, set by the International Standards Organisation (ISO), and adopted throughout the world as a benchmark against which quality management systems can be measured. The Telarc audit team put our operations and procedures under the microscope until they were satisfied we measured up to ISO 9001:2000 quality. But it doesn't end there. On-going audits on a six-monthly basis ensure that confidence in our quality system continues.

Who is Telarc Limited?
